HOA Fees
Several people have asked me why we've had the increase in HOA fees. I have been wondering the same. I have been told by our property manager at Oasis that a packet of information explaining the increase is being mailed to us and we should receive it some time during the first week of February.

My home was tagged with graffiti for the first time. Please keep your eyes open for such activity, this could quickly get out of control. We all need to be proactive and trying to help one another from letting our neighborhood go down to this level.

What about the graffiti all over the wall pass castlegate on schnepf. that has been there for months and its seems to be growing. what is the HOA doing about that.
When you see graffiti in Castlegate, you can do two things: call the HOA and report, and call the Sheriff's office and report it. The PCSO has a graffiti removal machine that they sent out (it's on a schedule, so it's not going to be sent the same day you call it in). The graffiti reporting number is on the sidebar of this blog.
As for what the HOA is going to do about that, I don't know. You can bring it up at their next meeting.
